Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched from the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery charges and estimates

The available delivery service, charge and any delivery estimate are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier conditions and order processing.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it will be provided through the order notification process. For a delayed, missing, incorrect or damaged delivery, contact orders@zaprfly.com with your order number and the available details.

Address changes and collections

Request an address correction as soon as possible. Changes depend on the order stage and carrier. Customer collection is not offered unless it is specifically shown as an available option at checkout. Do not send returns to an address without return instructions from ZAPR.
